Terms for the Population Health Colloquium Hosted Breakfasts and Lunches
We are reserving rooms at the Loews Hotel for sponsored invitation-only breakfasts and lunches on the following days:
- Day I Lunch (Monday, March 27)
- Day II Breakfast (Tuesday, March 28),
- Day II Lunch (Tuesday, March 28)
- Day III Breakfast (Wednesday, March 29)
These hosted events are subject to the following terms:
- Host will cover associated food, beverage and AV costs.
- Hosts will be given the Colloquium attendee database and may directly invite participants.
- The functions are capped at 25 participants.
- The functions are offered first come, first serve to Silver and higher level grantors.
The Colloquium hotel liaison will assist host with food, beverage and AV arrangements.
