Pre-Conference Legal Workshop
There will be an optional, no-charge, pre-conference legal workshop conducted by Davis, Wright, Tremaine on Wednesday, May 9th from 9 am to 12 noon.

Company Workshops
A limited number of rooms will be available from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 9th, 2001, for companies to make 45-minute presentations about their products and services. Workshop presentations and exhibiting companies will be described in the on-site program guide. Where possible it is suggested that the company's president/CEO make the presentation in view of the high level audience we expect to attract. An administrative fee of $495 will be charged to companies for the opportunity to make a workshop presentation. This fee covers the hotel basic room charges related to the workshop presentations and admission to the Symposium for the workshop presenter. Any companies that wish to present a workshop will need to submit an application and be approved by the conference organizing committee. Any special charges for lighting, phone, fax, computer lines, power, power strips, etc are the responsibility of the presenting company. Companies making presentations are responsible for arranging their own AV support. This can be done through a company we will put you in touch with. Due to the limited number of workshop rooms, priority will be given to companies in the following categories on a first-come-first served basis:
  • Internet Disease & Care Management Portals - (Including but not limited to those linked with health system, hospital and/or physician web sites.)
  • Employer & payer cost/quality management solutions for chronic patients
