    David B. Nash, MD, MBA is the Founding Dean of the Jefferson School of Population Health where he is the Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor of Health Policy. He is a board certified internist and is internationally recognized for his work in outcomes management, medical staff development and quality-of-care. He has authored more than 100 articles in major journals, edited 22 books, and is editor-in-chief of four major national journals.

    Esther Dyson is chairman of EDventure Holdings and founder of HICCup.co, for Health Initiative Coordinating Council. HICCup has just launched The Way to Wellville (@WaytoWellville), an open-source, evidence-generating project devoted to defining and testing models for producing community health (not health care) that will return profits to investors and health to the participants. Its motto is "Don't rent your health. Invest in it!"

    Aside from that, Dyson spends her time investing in and nurturing start-ups, with a recent focus on health care and aerospace.     As Chief Medical Officer for Continuum, Dr. Renzi constructs, implements, and oversees the company's Population Health Management Service, including programs involving patient-centered medical care, information technology and shared savings reimbursement models.

    Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Renzi is an assistant professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).

    He received his bachelor's degree at Lafayette College and earned his doctor of medicine degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his residency in internal medicine at Cooper University Hospital, Dr. Renzi joined Advocare Heights Primary Care, where he now serves as vice president.     Dr. Bill Winkenwerder is Chairman and CEO of Winkenwerder Strategies, a healthcare advisory and investment firm.     Richard Hodach, MD is the author of Provider-Led Population Health Management. Dr. Hodach, Phytel's Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Product Strategy, has long been recognized as a leader of population health management strategies. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and clinical expertise for the development of Phytel's solutions. Dr. Hodach is a regular contributor to prestigious peer-review journals such as AJMC, Journal of Population Health Management, hfm, published by the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Group Practice Journal and more.     Meenakshi Bewtra, MD, MPH, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology and Senior Scholar in the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Bewtra has also been conducting clinical research for more than 5 years with a focus on IBD, medication safety, patient preferences for risks of therapies in inflammatory bowel disease, and translational research in the mechanism of inflammatory bowel disease and response to therapies. Dr. Bewtra's work has been funded by the NIH, PCORI, private foundations and corporate sponsors. She is currently a member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, the American Gastroenterology Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.

He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital.     Niñon Lewis, MS, Executive Director, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Ms. Lewis currently leads IHI's Triple Aim for Populations Focus Area, which encompasses innovation, content, and programming in the areas of the Triple Aim, population health, population management, primary care, and community-wide improvement efforts. Over her time at IHI, her work has focused on leading large-scale initiatives on population health and the Triple Aim, including the IHI Triple Aim Improvement Community and the Scotland Early Years Collaborative. In addition, she has lead IHI's New Business Development team, developing large-scale programs and initiatives for the organization. Prior to joining IHI in 2008, Ms. Lewis developed and implemented national direct-to-patient education programs for the health care and food industries, and was the Program Manager of a national initiative launched by the Office of the US Surgeon General in partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics to identify community-driven solutions to the nation's childhood obesity crisis. She has a background in program design and development, coalition building, community health and development, and health communication.
